Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the overall operations of the Credit Administration Division (CAD) and ensure the effective implementation of centralized credit administration processes.
- Credit Operations: Oversee credit documentation verification, limit loading, loan account setup, and disbursement control for corporate, SME, and retail portfolios.
- Collateral Management: Ensure proper creation, perfection, and safekeeping of securities and collateral documents. Supervise mortgage creation and charge registration with RJSC.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines issued by Bangladesh Bank. Monitor documentation exceptions and ensure timely rectification.

Required Qualifications
- Academic Background: Postgraduate degree (Master’s) preferably in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed university. No third class/division or equivalent CGPA is allowed in the academic record.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as CECM, CERM, etc., will be considered an added advantage.
