Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Operations: Solely responsible for overseeing all guest services operations, including Front Desk, Room Reservations, Concierge, PABX, Business Centre, Health Club, Pacific Lounge, and Transportation.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve all guest queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently to establish amicable relationships with clients and guests.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the Reception Desk during arrivals/departures and conduct daily briefings to disseminate relevant information to associates.
  • System Operation: Operate the OPERA Property Management System extensively, particularly the Reservation, Front Desk, Cashiering, and Report screens.
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with Room Service and Housekeeping to ensure seamless operations and room setups.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend improvement areas for services, revenue increase, guest satisfaction, and cost reduction. Assist in developing standard SOPs.
  • Compliance & Safety: Handle major disciplinary issues of non-compliant associates and maintain strict knowledge of the Hotel’s Fire, Security, and Safety procedures.
  • Feedback Monitoring: Monitor guest feedback actively in “Trust You” and execute service recoveries with utmost professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Graduate degree from a reputed and recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical working experience in the related hospitality/front office field. Experience in a foreign hotel outside the country is a major added advantage.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years of age as of the application closing date. (Age and experience limits may be relaxed for extraordinary candidates).
  • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of Night Auditing and high proficiency in the OPERA property management system and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a presentable, well-groomed personality. Exceptional command of written and verbal English is mandatory.
